Terrible experience with providing quotes with Rep “Chris” for DC Metro area. Provided quote & required 30% tip + 40% SERVICE fee. Outside of tip and hourly rate. Beware of ambiguous quote and explanation of 40% for “sales tax & processing”

I have used Galaxy several times now over the past few months and they have been fantastic from start to finish. The drivers are very polite, punctual, and courteous. The confirmation texts that they send prior to the pick up is very nice and assures you that your appointment is not forgotten. Thank you to Keith, Clint, and Chris. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Used Galaxy for the first time recently for service between Lower Bucks County and Philadelphia Airport, and from Linda in booking to the driver, John, the experience was seamless and pleasant. The SUV was immaculate and Galaxy’s all-in (and very reasonable) pricing made the process simple and straightforward. Door-to-door service from home to the airport and back made the trip much easier.
