Ordered at the bar, food was served within 15 to 20 min (estimated) despite large crowd. The Swedish Canadian had a complex and balanced flavor profile with savory notes, earthy richness, caraway which has one of those very distinctive flavors, as well as sourness and creaminess. Galaxy Hut is a vegan institution. They've been holding it down for us for decades. The owner is legit. The staff is top tier. The food is great. Are you a vegan? Go. That's it. Got a date with a vegan? This is the one. Hanging out with a group of friends and there's that one guy always complaining about no vegan options? Vetted.
I’ve gone here a couple of times. The best dive bar in the area with an extensive beer list and non alcoholic list. If it’s really crowded, there won’t be a good place to sit and then the line to get drinks can take a while. The atmosphere is super chill with lots of fun artwork (that’s for sale) on the walls. As many others mentioned, the tots are where it’s at!
