My pool is only 8 months old and the concrete is cracking and falling in the pool, and my filter stopped working. It’s been over a month since I reached out and the keep saying someone will be out next week yet no one has shown up. Last week they told me they fired Brandon the pool guy so now they have to find someone else to fix it. Now we wait. Awful company I don’t recommend.

We bought a hot tube Jacuzzi J365 (floor model) at the home show OKC Feb 2019. That following weekend we had that big freeze and Gallexy delivered right after the freeze. They set it up and left. After the tub was filling up it started leaking all over the place. They came back a few days later and it was determined that they had not drain all the water out and it had water frozen breaking some parts. It took a couple more trips before it was all fixed. Well back to posting again since we was ask to take it down and they would fix things and never heard back from anyone even as high up as managers. They lied to get us to take down review. First off my sister and her husband was lied to from the get go from the salesman. He could be a car salesman. If there was less than one star, I would give it! From the time we purchased our pool until now, 4 years later, it has been a nightmare! I could go on for days, but I'll only highlight the mess!!! Our original order was incorrect because of the salesman. He was forced to come to our house on a Sunday night to install parts that weren't on the order. When pool was delivered the pump was not what the salesman told us what it was going to be so beware and look up part numbers before you purchase

I'm giving a 4 star not for the pool but for an employee who finally explained how to take care and service my pool....was sold a semi inground...but no pool school or any info....going in the sales people never knew anything about the working of the pool....only to try and sell you something else....finally after almost a year after install I went to reno...no help just confusion by under trained staff....went to memorial and met Noah he explained how to run my complete system and now it all makes sense and explained the ch... read more

I bought a pool from Galaxy in OKC, OK. The buying part of my transaction was great, the other part was horrible. The people who came out to put my pool in were contractors who didn't speak English. They dug out part of my yard for the pool which I liked, but left a 12ft wide 7 ft tall pile of dirt in my backyard. They said that they were not responsible for hauling it away. WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT PURCHASE A POOL HERE. Our's is still not complete. Levi, the pool install manager, contracted a crew that has never installed this type of pool. It was literally their first time. They dug the hole too large, piled dirt 5+ feet high on our patio. Any rain, flooded our patio and came within an inch of entering our house. Satisfied with the second sales person I worked with the first sales lady was not interested in helping me with what I was looking for and the delivery date I was wanting, the second sales person when I returned with my wife was much more helpful and got me what I was looking for. Now it’s time for delivery and “because of the weather” they are pushing my delivery date a week! This is unsatisfactory if you set a date and a customer pays for the date and the entire play set up front along with instillation fees then come hell... read more
