Absolutely awful experience. Sent a poorly trained technician twice to fix the furnace, failed twice. Finally sent a supervisor to fix the whole mess. Only use as a last resort.
Called them after reading reviews on Yelp and here and the experience I had reflects all the positive reviews! Our issue was non urgent (ice building up in freezer) so it was scheduled a few weeks out. The repair person identified the issue and explained how to easily avoid it occuring again in the future. I also asked him to check if the way we cleaning the filter was adequate since it's a bit tough to get to. He did.
