Gurpreet Singh is a miracle worker. I called him Thursday night, and he immediately arranged for a team from Montreal to head to BC for a Monday morning delivery. He is one of the very few people in this industry who will answer the phone at any time to keep freight moving. Great work, great service, and a true professional. I am glad to know Gurpreet and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get the job done efficiently and reliably. When it comes to making things happen, he always finds a way.
Had a terrible experience with a truck. Driver number plate ac369r at 8:22 p.m. on 401 going east The truck driver is driving like he's driving a bicycle and blocked me very badly because the truck was in a wrong lane and ignored me and almost hit him and got into a very terrible accident. This was done on purpose Please take strict action against the driver This is really really bad. He makes turns on the highway like he's driving a sedan. Really really bad driver
Not a good company, cannot respect the agreed leadtime, not saying the truth, opened our locked seal trailers without notice once and repeated again after we told them to not do that, wasted our time and energy. Late deliveries to our customers. Do not use this company, serious advice.
Avoid this company there garbage! Horrible customer service and they take there time. My load was supposed to arrive Thursday, then changed to Friday between 3-4pm and finally got call at 430pm Friday saying cant deliver till Monday the following week.
