I paid Galaxy Ford in Smithville to fix the AC, but they claimed there was nothing wrong with it however they still charged me $138. Now, I'm sweating my butt off on these summer days. Terrible. I've encountered numerous issues here, even when it was under different ownership. It's absolutely ridiculous. Oh, and then there’s this crap… “Ford is pushing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and participating in LGBTQ advocacy group”.
