I have been coming here for years. I used to go here when I was younger and I came back to this office because I never had an issue. They took their time with cleaning my teeth and were cautious that I’m currently pregnant.
I was patient of Zhanna Krasyuk for 9 years, with small problems it's OK but if need knowledge and experience, continuous errors and misdiagnosis. Lots of pain and now a lot of things need to be redone by other doctors. Please avoid this office to avoid future problems.
I do not recommend this office. The front desk staff are terrible and irresponsible. I had an appointment scheduled for October 17 at 11:40 a.m., and no one informed me that the doctor would not be available that day. The staff claimed they had called to let me know, but I never received a missed call or voicemail. Нам цю клініку порекомендували люди,які робили там багато чого,та в цілому задоволені. Я бачила відгуки тут також до того,як запланувати там апоінтмент для чоловіка. Я сподівалася,що все у нас буде добре,адже знаємо людей,яким повезло. Чоловіку робили чистку,всі знімки,та 2 коронки + 2 пломби. Коронки не прилягли так,як має бути, проте,лікар запевнила, що там все добре(показала рентген). Апоінтменти декілька раз переносили(клініка), дуже довго це все тягнулося.
