I understand that jobs can go wrong and that there are two sides to every story, but my experience with Galaxy was not in line with most of these reviews. I found the owner to be incredibly responsive, respectful, and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done properly. He came back and did a couple of extra tasks after being paid. He even battled a family of skunks living in a wood pile when it wasn't really his job to do so. Hired this company for a fence repair job. They do not respond to any phone calls or voicemails. They also did not show up on the day that the job was scheduled without giving any kind of notice.
You owe businesses/people money and you don't return phone calls or emails.
I still waiting to have my money back !!! I hope you can be a stand up guy and do the right thing. I’ve been waiting so long and be patience. After you send me my money I”ll delete my review.
installed a carport at my house. Very nice! I would highly recommend these guys. The project started right before the Great Winter Freeze of 2021 and Galaxy was good about keeping in contact with me to let me know they were still on the job even though it was impossible to do any work. Great folks, great work! The carport is beautiful and really strong. Exactly what I wanted - 30 feet wide with no posts in the middle.
