Install crew was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Job was excellently done. Everything was cleaned up and returned the way it was before they started. Highly recommend this product and company to anyone. My pool was filled with powdered concrete from the grinding because the platic covering tore and Galaxy had a pool cleaning company come out to clean my pool. What a great company. Keep up the all around great work you do.

We have Galaxy in our (current and last) garage. Was there before us. It is great. We decided to do our patio. Everyone at Galaxy is great to work with. They have been very responsive every time I call. The coating is awesome for this extreme heat. I can walk barefoot on the patio when I can't on the concrete or stone. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the product around our pool. We can't seem to get enough consistent grip to be able to walk safely when it is wet. II have had Galaxy Coating applied in 2023 one year later it cracked they came out and fixed it now again this year it is cracked. I reported it . They said they would come out and work on it in a month. I’m sure if cracks are covered. I’ve left messages and spoke to a staff person who checked it out. He said he would call me back and Never did I’ve recently left a message for a supervisor to call me back to see why the cracking is going on and If they can come out sooner to fix the concern. I’d like to take a moment to thank Jesus and his team for the excellent job they did on our concrete floors. They were professional, polite, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. I truly appreciate their attention to detail—especially in preserving the paw prints from our dog that were already in the concrete. The results are beautiful. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for a job well done!
