This is the 2nd time I almost had an accident due to these workers. Looks like they are building a sidewalk or something. 1st time I encountered a close call was a couple of weeks ago. While traveling through ingram park area access rd they had a small machine digging out concrete. Today passing by again they had cones setup on the right lane.
