My experience with this company has been very disappointing. When items went missing during shipping, they refused to take responsibility or issue a refund, insisting it was only the shipping company’s problem. They also would not even file a claim to be paid and pay back the client. Each time I followed up, I was given a different excuse rather than a solution. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend working with this company based on how they handle customer issues. STAY AWAY!
