Took our Custom Drapes for cleaning, and were told it will be a few weeks. My wife and I were fine with that. After picking the drapes up, and removing them from the plastic, we discovered some of the pinched Pleats were unraveled, and unable to be hooked. My wife and I also discovered several large holes on the top as well as the bottom of the drapes. We were appalled, because when the drapes were dropped off, there was absolutely no damage. Terrible! I should have went with my instincts. My dress was ruined. I’ve had a dry cleaned at other places and it came out nice impressed this time. It looks like they balled it up. Tightly in the material doesn’t feel the same and then they have the nerve to say oh it’s linen I had to pay for the initial cleaning, but they’ll redo it for free. I have been to this shop at least 2-3 times in the past. They have dry cleaned a couple shirts for me, and a jacket another time. No issues at all. However....TODAY, 7/14/25, I walked in to drop off SEVEN linen shirts. I shit you not, the little boy, Aaron, behind the register lacks any semblance of customer service. 1) couldn't input my phone number correctly; 2) then started collecting my shirts without asking what I wanted done with them; 3) after I literally told him to slow his roll, I asked him how much it cost to dry ... read more

I took in 3 service coats when I picked them up they all had animal hair on them, i do not own any animal, there was still a stain on one of the coats the lady took it back to clean it , when I checked out the stain it was still there but smeared across the coat , when I called the lady that answered could have cared less that they made a mess of my coats, what a disaster, i would not recommend this place to anyone .
