The Life Center of Galax would not still be open if the Galax City Health Department were doing their job. There have been numerous complaints made regarding the black mold that is running rampant in this facility. Staff members are among the ones getting sick just from breathing the mold that flows freely through the ventilation system. Read the reviews of the sick people on the Life Centers Google page. I went in for services and the staff here are very friendly and helpful with any questions or issues you may have!
I called 14 times and got barked at, i showed up and i got bit, will not be coming back not calling back 🙄
