Dr. Galati was professional, friendly, and efficient. He took great care in explaining the process and making sure everything felt right. The orthodontic assistants were especially welcoming and knowledgeable; they made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff were great. I left feeling well taken care of—highly recommend!
A very welcoming, upbeat all around positive place. If you need braces this is the place! The staff..All of them love what they do. Dr. Galati is just wonderful. It was actually a fun experience and I appreciate Dr. Galati's junior high school pic at the front desk of him wearing braces. EPIC!
I’ve had such an amazing experience at Dr. Galati’s office. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by the warmest and most friendly staff. The office has such a calm, inviting vibe, Bob Ross is always painting on the TV—you wouldn’t think it, but it works! I first came to Dr. Galati in 2018 after a coworker’s recommendation for my then 11-year-old son. Dr. Galati was thorough in explaining the treatment plan and delivered excellent results on schedule. Unfortunately, after not wearing his retainer as directed, my son’s teeth shifted and we returned for a second round of care.
