My entire experience at Dr. Galati's office was excellent. I was greeted promptly with minimal paperwork; Dr. Galati saw me at the time scheduled and took the time to walk me through all my treatment options and price points. The staff were also very friendly to deal with- overall I had a great experience and look forward to seeing his office during the course of my treatment.
I went in as a cash patient (no insurance) for an initial consultation, but I still expected the procedure I knew I would need to be pricey. Not only was my bill less than half of what I expected, the actual procedure itself took less than half an hour. Also, it was just an overall pleasant experience; friendly, low-stress, and very patient-oriented. 10/10, will go again (should I have any more orthodontic needs in the future)
This office is amazing! Office staff is friendly, efficient and so very helpful helpful. Dr. Galati is skilled and also very knowledgeable. He runs a great practice. I haven’t had a relationship with an orthodontist in years and the wire for my bottom permanent retainer got loose. They were able to get me in quickly and fix the problem in a very efficient manner.. Since I first met Dr. Galati and his team in 5/2023, the experience has been nothing but stellar! As much as one can enjoy (ha!) an experience with an orthodontist to have braces attached, the entire staff from front office to technical support has been incredible. The attitude is professional and follow-up is indicative of his caring attitude about patient care. Dr. Galati was professional, friendly, and efficient. He took great care in explaining the process and making sure everything felt right. The orthodontic assistants were especially welcoming and knowledgeable; they made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff were great. I left feeling well taken care of—highly recommend!
