They seem to want you to 100% trust them bc theyve been in business for 40+ years. The number of times that was thrown in my face when actual answers would have been appropriate is astounding. My car has an electrical issue affecting the engine. They physical engine is fine. I know cars. I no longer have the time or physical ability to work on my own cars. 2 shops ruled out all other potential explanations, but they dont do electric work/work on cars older than 10yrs. I hope these folks are so busy that they don’t feel the need to call back or follow up. Good for them if that’s true. I stopped on Tuesday or Wednesday, asked for an estimate from the owner, fluid changes, plugs. Michael said he would call me. 3 days later, Saturday,….no call , so I tried again, he took all the information again, apologized, said he would call that afternoon. Hello. I was a loyal customer of this establishment for many years. They told me my car needed extensive work and I agreed to have them do the work. They said the work was done, I paid the bill in a timely manner as always. I ended up having the same issues with my car and I tried talking to them about it and they kept putting me off saying, “I’ll have to talk to the owner and have him call you”. I didn’t get any help. This is a long review but I advise you read it before going here. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had brought my 2011 BMW 335i there for a problem with the engine stalling, and that was the only thing that I wanted fixed. They had called me about 3-4 days after I dropped it off, saying it had issues with the brakes, that were new but the service light was never reset.
