Hello. I was a loyal customer of this establishment for many years. They told me my car needed extensive work and I agreed to have them do the work. They said the work was done, I paid the bill in a timely manner as always. I ended up having the same issues with my car and I tried talking to them about it and they kept putting me off saying, “I’ll have to talk to the owner and have him call you”. I didn’t get any help. This is a long review but I advise you read it before going here. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had brought my 2011 BMW 335i there for a problem with the engine stalling, and that was the only thing that I wanted fixed. They had called me about 3-4 days after I dropped it off, saying it had issues with the brakes, that were new but the service light was never reset. Mr C probably remembers the time we took my X5M for a ride... I certainly do... The most terrifying vehicle experience ever and I was a passenger in my own car.... This guy attacked the 480 ramps I can't disclose the MPH... I could never do it cuz of the high center of gravity but he had no problem with it and was amused at my clear uncomfortability... To understate...

This service was amazing and they are very trustworthy. I had service done on a BMW oil filter housing. They changed 2 gaskets and fully cleaned up the oil leak in the engine bay. The service was exactly as quoted and was done in great time. The receptionist was amazing and kind! We definitely will be back for more great service!
