It's fine. Never been very busy at the public swimming. I booked a place and pay online. Take a pound coin to get a locker.
Tonight was my friend and I's first AquaHiit session. Not only were our fellow partakers enthusiastic and welcoming, the staff were lively and encouraging. We had an absolute blast, getting fit and having fun. Definitely would recommend these sessions. What a night!
We did couple of aquafit classes while in the area on holiday. They were absolutely brilliantly taught by Nicola. We really enjoyed her high motivational energy making the class fun. Both classes were a really good work out especially the Aquahiit on Wed evening. The music was great and the centre itself was clean and well presented. The reception staff were really helpful and it was easy to book online as a visitor.
