Let me be very clear… the medical care at this office is fantastic. I have been going here for several years now for a few issues, and I could not be happier with the care I have received. The problem is the front desk. Horrible communication, nobody is ever available if you call in… I am ALWAYS sent to voicemail and NEVER receive a call back. They also give inconsistent information. I usually don't write negative reviews, but I want to give folks a heads up if you are potentially considering this office for dermatology services. The appointment went smoothly, and the doctor prescribed multiple ointments for my rosacea. I used the ointments as directed, and started noticing even more redness, peeling, swelling, pain, and tingling. I immediately stopped using them and called the office to report this issue. I had an appointment with Dr. Amir Hussain, Dermatologist, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire staff—from the receptionist to the nurse and Dr. Hussain himself—was professional, attentive, and kind. Dr. Hussain listened carefully to my concerns, offered thoughtful advice, and provided effective treatment. His nurse was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. The office is spotless and very well maintained. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dermatological care.
I have been seeing Jessica Mason at the Chantilly and Haymarket offices and she is truly amazing. She is always been there for me and helped me through one especially trying problem. Everyone there is nice. One of the friendliest offices I have been to in this area.
Developed a horrible skin reaction 2 weeks before my wedding and they were able to fit me in the same day :) thank you again
