I had been going to Galaria a few years back. I had no issues. I had to return on some questions that I had after a few years. I did receive care from a different provider than usual. I had a late afternoon appoinment (4:15 PM), arrived 15 mins early. I found the provider to be in a rush and not really looking to get into details on any of my concerns. While I liked Dr. Tiffany Dinh (very insightful and personable) and the treatment she provided, I do not like the way this practice handles their billing. 1) it’s tough to get in contact with them on first try/takes ~1 week to hear back after leaving a voice message, and 2) there was a recent situation (in June and July) where I spent more time than needed to get to the bottom of why I was invoiced multiple times for something that occurred in April. If their billing department was more helpful/responsive, I’d give 5 stars.

Excellent experience from start to finish for an annual skin check. Scheduling and check-in was easy and efficient (no long waits). Syvanna Lacy and Jessica Mason were exceptional - thorough during the exam and incredibly helpful answering my questions about my skin and skincare routine. They provided clear guidance for my daily AM and PM skincare routine. Annual skin checks are important, and this team made the entire process easy, informative, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Okay this is gonna be a long one but to TLDR: best doctors office ever, best doctor ever, best office staff ever, truly a 100/10 experience. Between October 2024-May 2025, I had three separate incidents of getting bit in the face by a dog. I won’t get too into that - but just know it was extremely traumatic, really embarrassing, and I was obviously trying to prepare to live with permanent facial scarring.
