Worst experience of my life! Please find another dealership to buy a Sailfish. These people are crooks and should not be allowed to sell boats. I’m still waiting on Sam the manager to call me back I have called several times and still waiting. Last week I was told he would call within an hour… don’t waste your time with these people.

I was introduced to Steve Parker at Galahad Marine & utilized him throughout the entire process of finding a boat (that was EXACTLY what I wanted 🤗) I was looking for. He provided the best connection for the lender and also for the surveyor. In addition, I randomly call back when I can't find the answers I need & he is always available to take my calls, answer my questions & if he can't he has actually gone out of his way to find the answers! Was a five star review but after a year and had a simple problem of a bad battery charger that took 7 months to replace. Galahad Sales is good, Galahad Service on there Monterey Boats is horrible. I bought a new boat for the warranty but Galahad does not back up that warranty.
