Amazing service by all staff! It was our first time there and they exceeded all my expectations.
Assistant was trying to brush my son's teeth. His anxiety level was high. Assistant didn't clean his teeth due to his anxiety. She suggested we wait for the dentist; dentist was going to attempt to clean it. Dentist shows up and assumes that I had fed my son while we waited for her because his teeth were not clean. Son is able to let dentist check his teeth after he calms down and quickly finishes up. My son asked for a toy and she explicitly told him- "no, we don't give it to kids who cry."
