Amazing experience at Gala Aventura. I had the Lomo Saltado — perfectly cooked beef, great balance of flavors, very satisfying and comforting dish. My wife ordered the burger, and it was excellent as well: juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Big thanks to our server David — outstanding service, very attentive, friendly, and professional.
