I recently moved in and office staff was very nice and accommodating with my move in. I love my apartment and enjoy that the community has a pool.
This is absolutely horrible how do yall have a emergency maintenance number and nobody answers been waiting for a call back and hasn’t gotten one back that’s ridiculous and off on the weekend so nobody can get in touch with anybody come on Had to pay 208 dollars to come out and get updating because still no call backs what are yall doing will be reporting this place
Living at Gala at Texas Parkway has been great. The community is peaceful, the grounds are well-kept, and everything is close by. I always feel safe and comfortable here, and it’s a perfect place to relax after a busy day.
The office staff at Gala at Texas Parkway is amazing! They’re always helpful and make sure things run smoothly. The maintenance team is also quick to respond whenever there’s an issue. I’m glad I chose to live here!
