I was on my way to Gala to see if they had any availability for my mom for September and my phone died as I was charging my phone. I observed how the office lady was with the residents. She is very polite and helpful. I spoke with a few residents and they agreed that she is delightful, she does what she can and listens to her residents. I saw her bring water out to the mail man. They truly make you feel welcome and part of the community. The maintenance team is also top-notch! They respond quickly and always take care of things the right way. It’s comforting to know that if something needs fixing, I don’t have to worry. The staff here really cares about the residents, and it shows!
