This place is horrible. Zero security, gates are always broken and the management loves to tow resident's cars, without them knowing, even if they have a resident sticker on it. Don't even think about ever having visitors over, they tow them too! Trust me, senior citizens CAN NOT afford a tow bill, but they don't care.
I had a previous post that was very disgruntled about management. Upon further investigation turns out management did not know I messed up my pass. The tow company they used said nothing and it was all on them. Management has been very helpful in the process with my claim against the tow company and are very interested in why they did what they did. Management is by far going above and beyond with this matter. I retract all previous statements I said.
Just moved into Gala at Fate, and I’m loving it so far! The apartment is lovely, with all the amenities I could want. Everyone is so nice and there are always events going on. The staff is very helpful and made my move-in process very simple.
I highly recommend this complex to anyone 55+ looking for a great place to live.
The community is vibrant and there are always activities to keep busy and the staff is fantastic. I truly couldn’t be happier here.
