Nice place. Been here 5-6 years when they opened
My Air conditioner has gone out four times since March of 2026, it has been an ongoing problem since my first summer here in 2023. All they do is add freon, they fix nothing. Run far away from this place. The last Ice storm in January, they would not de ice the sidewalks, the smoke detectors are ultra sensitive and I have reported odors like pot smoke and strong odors of raid roach spray and they did not seem to care and did not investigate. They are good about gaslighting you.

If I could leave -10 star I would!! This place runs by racism!! My mother is a resident and has been for the past 3 years, I really hate that I had to come on here and leave a negative review. I reached out to the front office to speak to the manager “Sha” and got no call back. What my mother did receive was a violation on her door. This place is horrible. Zero security, gates are always broken and the management loves to tow resident's cars, without them knowing, even if they have a resident sticker on it. Don't even think about ever having visitors over, they tow them too! Trust me, senior citizens CAN NOT afford a tow bill, but they don't care.
