Stop by to get information and a lady was very rude, repeating the address as if i didn’t know where i was! Didn’t even let me talk she made me very unwelcome!
Worse place ever! Mgmt is non-existent, don't answer phones, emails, or txt and are rarely on site. Entrance gate broken for 2+ yrs, exterior doors don't lock so NO security. Street people come in all hours trying to get into apts, taking food from cmmty room that's meant for residents. Ceilings leak, apts w/o ac for 6+ months, dogs loose peeing everywhere, residents smoking in apts, people under the required age of 62 living here, mgmt does nothing. 7 mgrs in the 9 months I lived here and none of them has done ANYTHING. Bad place to live🤮😇
We've been through three managers and assistant managers,they are back and forth between two properties as well as maintenance, Travis is great but he can only do so much. I've been dealing with bed bugs for over two years, the two treatments didn't work, can't afford to move and no available apartment to switch to and some residents are on the patio as late as 12 pm smoking and noisy practically under my bedroom window.
