They did good, especially installing the new roof using high-definition asphalt shingles. The framing was in decent shape, but they still checked for dips and reinforced one of the gables. "We own a single-story home with a large flat roof that has constant drainage problems. We went with a new roof installation using a Built-Up Roofing system. The old roof was removed completely, and sections of rotted decking were repaired underneath. Then came multiple layers of roofing felt, hot asphalt, and a gravel surface. Tom and Dennis showed up, gave us a straightforward estimate, and stuck to it. They removed the old material, re-sloped part of the deck, and installed reinforced TPO with welded seams. We have no more leaks even during heavy rain. Excellent work all around.
