I have been in healthcare as a patient and a caregiver. I will never darken this man’s doorstep again. He maybe the worst physician I have ever encountered. I hope no one has to endure what I did today. Never in my life have I had someone speak to my mom that way. I called the cardiologist who said to bring her to a neurologist. If you love your love one… keep scrolling,, I blam me for not walking out earlier.
Started out great but lack of follow through and ridiculously hard to get a call back.

Dr. Gaitz is one of the best Doctors in this Industry in Houston, TX. I have been going to him since 2008 and I can attest that I would not have my health under control if it was not for him. Ericka is also great. Very knowledgeable and knows treats me very nice. My Mom is also a patient of Dr. Gaitz and he really trust his professionalism.
Said my test results were fine. I got a copy of radiology report and had another doctor look at it and it was not fine. Thank goodness I trusted my gut.
Decent until a lab test came back negative for the medication he was prescribing me. I received a phone call from his assistant saying he wasn't going to prescribe me anymore and I asked if HE could call me and talk to me about this. I call back 5 days later and I'm told that SHE called back on day 1, but I never got anything. When I call lie, she tells me they have the wrong # on file.. This is after 2 years of them having the correct #. All I want is an explanation. Complete joke of a practice
Hilarious. Helpful. Genuine. No long wait. Gave me exactly what I needed. Did I say hilarious?? Great secretary too!!! The only negative thing is the office needs a remodel. Too many medical posters and not enough warmth and relaxing pictures.
Been a patient since 1994. Good dr. Really seems to care.
