Stopped by to get a price quote. Left detailed measurements, name and phone number. Sales staff promised to get back to me the next day. The next day was 10 days ago. I have called repeatedly and asked for the quote, but they have not even bothered to return my calls. Definitely time to look for a new glass company.

Poor communication in shower enclosure project. Delays in responding to calls and email and lack of clarity. Missed appointments. Poor ability to describe / draw details of project. Rejected idea of a frosted-glass sill because said needed to drill holes for installing clips that hold shower enclosure glass -- but when installed -- simply glued the clips. Unresponsiveness and lack of attention to detail DELAYED COMPLETION OF WHOLE PROJECT. Only reason not giving 1 star is the two shower enclosures look fine but well see whet... read more
