No hidden surprises on the final invoice. The price quoted during our phone consultation matched the final receipt down to the cent. It is refreshing to deal with tradespeople who stand by their word.
The technician worked methodically, systematically pre-treating, agitating, rinsing, and grooming each room. You could tell he took pride in delivering high-quality work.
The technician took special care on the carpeted stairs where our cats shed constantly, using a specialized rubber rake to extract embedded undercoat fur that our vacuum could never budge before steam cleaning.
The technician discovered a loose seam near the hallway threshold and re-tacked the edge securely before running his steam extraction wand. Saved us an extra repair visit.
Our bedroom carpets were dull, flattened, and dingy. After the hot water extraction and pile grooming, the carpet stood up tall and looked practically brand new.
