Have had now, my second service on the vehicle I have through this company. My First service: changing my flat tire for my donut tire and jump starting my van. The gentleman that arrived was very polite, he did not mind me asking questions and observing him work. While we were arranging service, this tow company showed up and towed our truck without contacting us, even though they were only 35 miles away. Then they billed 4.5 hrs at $500/hr. Outrageous and unprofessional. Avoid. False. Your own invoice shows your address attached. Truck was towed to your yard. Publicly denying involvement despite your paperwork is misleading.
Driver had zero signal, went 3 miles uphill to reach us. While we were coordinating service, they towed the truck without notice and they were only 35 miles away. Charged 4.5 hours at $500/hr. Predatory pricing. Avoid. Not a mix-up. The invoice you issued lists your address (see attachment). The truck was towed to your lot. Stop claiming this didn’t involve you.
Great place to buy a reliable used automobile. Awesome people that will help you in any way they can to get you up and going.
