I called him because our Yukon broke down on the 403. He only services bigger trucks but was able to recommend someone that was able to help us. I had called several numbers and spoke to a few people before calling him, and either no one picked up or they all said they only service bigger trucks. He took the extra time to recommend someone who could help. Great customer service.
