Quick service call for a breaker replacement (15 min). I do appreciate them being at the property in less than an hour and solving the "stuck" breaker issue quickly. However, I was told about a min service charge over the phone (standard) then on top of that the whatever hourly rate would be. They have however charged me the full hour on top of the minimum charge, while they have been there for only 15 min. Gainsley Electric is an excellent company - responsive, price-copetitive, and definitely customer-focused. Gainsley has done a variety of electrical work for me including whole-house generator installation and service, major rewiring in my pole barn, and replacement of bathroom ceiling fans. In each case, the work was done promptly and site cleanup was thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend Gainsley for any electrical needs.
