Had a worker come out and spend around 45min on the phone before he started work.. (which was another work call.) He than spent around 15min in the drive way on the phone, after work was completed. Notice I had been charged this extra 1hr on my bill.. Spoke to receptionist about the extra 1hr charge. Receptionist said "so what aren't you going to pay your bill". I said "I will but will never use your company again, as that is stealing".. was surprised she didn't even offer to drop the extra 1hr charge...so they have lost my ... read more

I couldn't get a price on a hot water system, the girl said I book you in, you send me pictures ov what's wrong and I will send a installer, I found her so pushy I went else were got a price bought it then rang a gas fitter all good now,
