I'm very angry at their service. I spent over $100 to get an assessment with them last November and had xrays done at their request (also not free) so I could get an adjustment. I told them that the assessment would use the last of my benifts for the year but in 2025 I would be back for help. Four months later I tried to book an adjustment and they said it's been too long since I've been in so they need to assess me again. My situation has not changed. I was really impressed. Rachelle took the time to do a free consult with me. We went over everything and it really felt like she understood and cared. She felt very genuine and that she had my best interest at heart. Even though I felt like her technique was not for me, she went out of her way to find me a chiropractor that was right for what I needed. I highly recommend this clinic.
