Moved my appointment twice, After booking an appointment called me a week later saying there was no record of it, Re booked, attended my appointment told be told I was booked with the wrong dentist and needed to rebook and attend another day. When you drive 30 mins for an appointment poor customer service. Going elsewhere I recommend doing the same
Been trying to register at a dentist in Gainsborough for a little while and Was not registered here so rang up this morning at 8am for an emergency appointment was given an appointment at 9am seen straight away after registering prescription given problem sorted follow up appointment made next week. Couldn’t fault any of the staff receptionist were lovely the dentist was lovely his female assistant was kind and lovely and reassuring felt wholeheartedly comfortable and I normal panic at the dentists thank you for a great serv... read more
Excellent service, saw my daughter asap although not registered with them, I couldn’t be more grateful!…very friendly and helpful staff
My dentist is lovely, knowledgable and makes me feel comfortable. All of the reception staff and dental nurses are also really lovely and friendly :)
