Stacy is a knowledgeable, dedicated, and motivating trainer. I love her positive attitude, and she works hard to progress her clients with appropriately challenging workouts. She's helpful in having us set goals and work to achieve them. I've definitely gotten stronger and its impacted my daily life in such positive ways. I look forward to workouts with her.
