I can’t recommend Gains enough! Since starting there 2 years ago, I’ve noticed incredible improvements in my strength, confidence, and overall well-being. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, always tailoring workouts to my needs and helping me push my limits safely. The workouts are challenging but effective, and the positive environment keeps me motivated. Mike, Brian and Kira are awesome, but so are all of the members. If you’re looking for a place to grow stronger, feel better, and build confidence, this is it!
Brian and Mike are great trainers. They are motivating and listening to how you're doing/feeling throughout the workout. I find my hourly session goes by fast, and I consistently feel improvements in my form, stress management, and body confidence. The gym is always clean, the water tastes great, and lots of music to stream over the sound system. Also he knows how to count to 24 forewards and backwards.
