I frequent this gym 3-4 times a week and have never had a bad experience. The staff are awesome- very friendly, chatty and happy to offer advice. The space is well suited for all different kinds of workouts and the gym is never overly busy. Car parking can be a bit so-so depending on what time you go but there's plenty of other car parks around the industrial park. Highly recommend .
Gains Gym is everything you could want in a Gym. The staff are super friendly, always happy to have a chat, check in on you and help you with any concerns. They really help build a really positive atmosphere. The gym itself is really well equipped with everything you could want. As someone who always struggled with feeling comfortable at a Gym and staying consistent, Gains has made me feel at home when I'm there. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone! As someone who can suffer from a little bit of gym-xiety, I found this gym welcoming and comfortable. It has all the equipment you need along with a great atmosphere. Nathan who is the owner is a top guy. Super friendly and welcoming. If your looking for a hidden gem this gym is it!!
