Best nail salon ever.
I come here frequently and the last two times I’ve received a gel pedicure the gel came off. I have come back in total 6 times (4 to fix my nails, and 2 to get them done) and twice they turned me away to fix. Will not be coming back unfortunately.
They do pop offs here. I do not recommend. I had sns dip on my nails and requested a soak off. My tech insisted on peeling the acrylic off of my nails and kept saying I should not go back to the place that I originally got them done because they were so hard to get off. My nails feel soft and weak now but a different tech did my manicure and she did a great job on my cuticles. Amazing manicure but I would not go here for any service that requires a removal.
Michael was amazing! They got me in quick and worked with me last minute. It wasn’t rushed and he was super polite. It’s the little things with genuine kindness within customer service that can take an experience from a 6 to a 10/10. Highly recommended - Thank you!
We found Gainey Nail Spa shortly after moving into the neighborhood, and now it’s our go-to for me and my daughters pampering time, and sometimes husband. There are usually four of us, so I always make an appointment and they’re great about getting us in smoothly. On the rare occasion we wait? It’s no biggie. Life’s too short to stress over a few extra minutes. The space is clean, bright, and genuinely welcoming.
