Just a quick shout out to Gainesville Wellness and Performance (my gym). I’ve been using them consistently since their inception many years ago. Not just another gym, but a caring and organized health maintenance group with a great balance and focus on many aspects of personal health. They offer excellent personal training and group workout programs and are a big reason that, at 70, I’m still very active in life (with tennis, pickleball, golf, bike riding, surfing, snow skiing, hiking and most anything else outdoors). Hands-down the best physical therapy experience I have had in my life. GWP has earned my business for hopefully years to come.
I have worked out under the guidance of GWP since its conception (over 10 years). I have an active lifestyle and enjoy lots of traveling. Having a regular, daily workout routine has helped to keep me strong and injury free. At 69, I feel fantastic! And to top it off , the coaches and my fellow workout buddies make it enjoyable.
