Customer service blows. The dispatcher is rude & will hang up on you. I've tried using them on multiple occasions & it's always the same. It's almost like they don't want your business.
Horrible customer service.
Tried calling for a tow, got hung up on the first time. Called back thinking it was an accident & when I asked for a quote the lady put me on hold for 20 mins! Must not want any business!!
