I got a storage last month got there the next morning it was closed. Left a voicemail sent an email and all to cancel storage which I never received in the first place but was charged a small deposit up front and after trying to cancel my card was charged anyways and they never gave me a storage unit.

I love the facility, it’s quiet, I was able to tie my dog to the truck while I spent 4 hours unloading my stuff - the place was well lit and secure, I felt very safe. I rented my unit last minute online, the office ended up being closed that day but I received a call from someone filling in for the day, she got me the gate password code set up right away. Absolutely feel the facility went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and convenient - highly recommend this place!

Gainesville Storage offered a new customer discount rate and handled everything online when we relocated out of state. Very responsive about deadline when finalizing move out to avoid an additional month's charge.

The price is very reasonable and they always answer my questions and they get back to me immediately. Like I said, I’ve rented many in Denton but this one takes the cake. They’re really awesome.
