Renting the unit online was easy but, you need to call to get the code for the gate. There is not an actual office at the Gainesville location. So, even though it says to go to the office to finish your rental, it is all online then when you call the office they will provide the code for the gate and tell you which unit you will have. My unit stayed dry and pest free. The cost is very reasonable and it feels like a safe and secure location.
