I purchased a 2008 ****** roadstar 1700 motorcycle, for ***** with my credit card, the owner *** ****, assured me the motorcycle was service and in satisfactory operating condition, as he had bought the bike from *** and serviced it himself. Wish there was a 0 star honestly. We dropped 2 four wheelers off the first of February. We were told it would be a few weeks as they were really busy. Okay cool - No issues with that we understood. A few weeks go by, and then months and NO COMMUNICATION from Gainesville Motorsports. They did not update us on the status of our four wheelers. We have had to call them every other week for an update. They continue to tell us "Oh we are looking into it still. Not sure what's wrong them. Could be this or could be that. Unsure" bla... read more

We have been in touch with the customer who is named on the ticket and who initially paid for the repair. We are taking steps to properly repair the ATV including offering a major discount for the service that is needed to get the ATV operational. We have contacted the person on the repair order to update him about the repair and to offer the discount. The amount of the repair for the ATV that still has a mechanical issue was $382.54. This included parts and labor for a carb clean and repair, new battery, fuel filter, spark ... read more

Not only did they take fifteen months plus to finish my bike in the service department, it is worse than when they got it. I would never recommend their service to anyone.

We actually dealt with the reviewer's son. The customer's motorcycle is still at our dealership awaiting pickup due to his slow response in our attempts to repair his motorcycle. The motorcycle was not running and did not have a key for us to test the motorcycle when it was initially brought to the dealership. The customer brought his 1999 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle to us on May 26, 2018 stating the key had been lost. We were also told at the time that the engine had been replaced at another dealership.
