The gym is clean, and the Tioga location is never packed, which is nice. However, I’m giving 3 stars because of the disappointing class experience. While they claim to offer amazing classes, I’ve never been able to find a realistic yoga class that doesn’t cater exclusively to an older crowd. Additionally, the temperature in the classrooms is an issue. I’ve tried attending some classes, but the rooms were freezing cold, which is not ideal for yoga—especially for a Vinyasa class that’s supposed to be slightly warm to help loos... read more
