Per me, Billie lynn betzel. Attempted to be seen back in june 2026, the front desk had me fill out All my paperwork, copied my drivers license and insurance card.. then said I couldn't be seen, due to not having my co-pay. Let the patient know if a co-pay exists, it will be due "Before" being seen and wasting the patients time.. well, that is the Health care system for us all, I guess.. today is now August 20th, 2026.. p.s. For a failed spine fusion he handed me a small jar of dragon balm. For a ruptured bicep he wouldn't make a surgery referral. Completely useless
