Jeanette is the best Therapist I’ve had. She listens to my concerns, is sympathetic, and will certainly not just tell you what you want to hear. If you’re wrong you’re wrong. She will give you the truth, and tell you how it is in the most respectful way possible. She is sympathetic, empathetic and her wisdom goes a long way. I’m glad I chose someone that I can learn and grow from!
Dr. Gaines is very professional and personable. She made me feel very comfortable. It was easy to open up to her. Her schedule was extremely flexible too. She offers reasonable suggestions for easing stressors and letting go of past trauma. There's absolutely nothing that I didn't like about her!! She's amazing!

I have been going here for a little over a year. Both Mary and Nicole are phenomenal at their job. They have helped me work through a lot of things. I had never been to therapy before this and, I could imagine going anywhere else. I have even recommended Gaines Counseling to my family and friends.
