Brent is a true professional whose experience and knowledge are impeccably brilliant. He was always there to guide me through the process and won my case after 8 years of fighting the system. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their disability approved. Always courteous, reassuring my questions were answered and just made me feel comfortable that he was handling my case to the best of his ability.
We drove to Belleville only to find out the office is closed. The website said the office was open. I had a appointment for 1:30pm. There was nobody here so we called the office number and was told the lawyer had moved to Florida and my appointment was by phone. I felt I was mislead by thinking there was supposed to be in the office and I didn't see anything on the website about telephone conference only.
Brent and his assistant are incredibly efficient, personable, and go above and beyond. I had an extremely convoluted case, took a lot of time and research. Excellence.
Excellent service from Brent Gaines! He is extremely knowledgeable and was of invaluable help in getting my social security disability. He and his staff were on top of the process every step of the way and took care of all the forms and correspondence with the social security administration, which was very daunting for me. I would not have even attempted to apply for disability without his help. I highly recommend him to anyone trying to get social security disability from the government.
