This man picked us up and towed our car after an accident. Then he took us to the car rental place with his personal vehicle and waited until we got a vehicle to continue our trip back home. Talk about saving the day.
Our RV broke down on Route 26. We were able to get onto a side road at a rest stop and were able to limp to Gaines Automotive. Cory went above and beyond to find the parts and repair our RV and get us back on the road.
Corey and Lisa were excellent. My truck broken down.I Didn’t know was, Corey diagnosed the issue ordered the part got in back in a fast. Lisa customer service was excellent advise me all through the process. Thank you very much Gaines Automotive.
Corey and Lisa saved the day! My car broke down on I26 on July 5th, which was a Friday, late afternoon, about 2hrs from home. Corey answered the phone and was extremely helpful and patient on a holiday weekend. Once he had his hands on the car, he and Lisa were very communicative along the way as he diagnosed the problems. As great of a mechanic that Corey is, he's a greater person. Long story short my truck overheated on I26 after the water pump went bad. He towed us to his place and diagnosed the initial issue quickly. Little did we know when I came back to get my truck the next day the issues were much more. My guy advised me to buy a new alternator direct from GM, to save money, and after 4 hours the problem was still not fixed.
