Dealing with Gain Restoration was a nightmare. they are poor in terms of communication, respect and obviously expertise. as shown in the attached photos. They were suppose to fix a roof leakage and paint a couple walls and the ceiling. This is the ceiling after more than 4 month work. they would show up once or twice a week and disappear for a month. Gain Restoration failed a ceiling painting job!!!!
I highly recommend this Outstanding Property Management Company! They have always been very responsive, have excellent communication skills and are professional. They are dedicated to excellence with the properties they manage, have an eye for detail and have saved me MANY headaches over the years! Great service!
Mark did an awful job replacing 4 tiles and caulking (none) around the new faucet. Hot water and cold are reversed. They also broke my drain pipe installing the bracket too tightly. Worst company ever. They smoke like its fresh air. Stinks.
