RecommendedFriendly and knowledgeable staff , son had lasik surgery they answered all his questions and reassured him as he was very nervous. Building was clean and orderly staff were friendly even when walking by you .

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and during a pandemic even!! Great job to the Gailey crew. I’m so glad I did this - glasses free is the way to be!

went to get new glasses, was told i had cataracts, needed removed, paid cash up front, now im blind as a bat, set me up with a certain dr. in bloomington, il, to dee what was wrong with my eyes, after complaining. cancelled my appt due to covid, did not call me to re schedule after they opened, i Called 3 times, and NO ONE, understands, or knows about my appt. i cannot put on makeup, i cannot drive at night, i cannot read a book, i cannot read a sign, i cannot read a computer screen, i make mistakes at work, i was given a pr... read more
