Gail and Shelly are the best Insurance agents I have ever had ! If I need to pay a bill it is paid the same day . If I need to update a policy it is done the same day. This team gets the job done ! No procrastination or excuses .
Gail goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. She treats them like family and does whatever it takes to assist with complicated claims, guide, and support them. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.
The 3 friendly faces of the staff are always helpful and never steer me wrong. I've been with them at the same agent (actually 3 "generations" of the same agent) for over 45 years now. Always feel I can trust them and Start Farm more than any other insurer.
